ki8888 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ki8888" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ki8888 platform accessible at ki8888.vip and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who has registered a ki8888 account and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on ki8888.
• "Platform" means the ki8888 website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all games, features, and services accessible through those interfaces.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their ki8888 Account wallet for the purpose of real-money wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spins equivalents, or reward credits granted to the Player by ki8888 under the conditions set out in Section 6.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable as Real Money.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment processing, customer support, promotional offers, and any other facilities made available through the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ki8888 prior to processing withdrawal requests.

Access to and use of ki8888's real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where ki8888 has explicitly restricted access.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of ki8888 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering an Account for or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from ki8888 or any affiliated platform.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to notify ki8888 promptly of any changes to your registration information.

Ki8888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account relationship. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) ki8888 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, mobile number, email address, household, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any pending withdrawals.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password, one-time verification codes, and biometric authentication settings. Ki8888 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Players acknowledge that ki8888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and in response to any activity that ki8888 deems unusual or potentially fraudulent. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

Ki8888 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Ki8888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice, subject to regulatory requirements.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Ki8888 does not accept deposits in any cryptocurrency, foreign currency cheque, or cash equivalent without express written approval.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for ki8888's operational expenses.
• Ki8888 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which ki8888 is not responsible.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a Player's Account may be returned to the originating payment method, less any processing costs incurred.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player has completed KYC verification to ki8888's satisfaction.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Ki8888 may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
• Standard withdrawal processing for verified accounts is completed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PST will typically be processed on the following business day.
• VIP Platinum and Diamond tier players benefit from expedited processing as set out in the ki8888 VIP Programme terms.
• Ki8888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusual in amount, frequency, or pattern. Such checks may delay processing but will not unreasonably withhold legitimate withdrawals.
• Only winnings from Real Money Balance are withdrawable. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may be converted to Real Money Balance for withdrawal.
• Ki8888 may impose withdrawal limits per transaction or per calendar month, details of which are published in the Payments section of the Platform. Higher limits may be available to VIP-tier Players upon request.

Ki8888 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins equivalents, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, together with the general provisions set out in this Section.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only. Attempting to claim the Welcome Bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts is a prohibited activity and will result in all accounts involved being suspended.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to Real Money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Not all games on ki8888 contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The game contribution schedule is published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Ki8888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Any modification will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, subject to the Company's anti-fraud provisions.
• If ki8888 determines that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional terms, or any form of coordinated exploitation, ki8888 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus, any associated winnings, and to suspend the Account.

All games available on ki8888 are supplied by licensed third-party providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The mathematical outcomes of all RNG-based games are independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by ki8888, its staff, or any Player.

• Game-specific rules, paytables, and Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before wagering.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, ki8888 will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Bets placed in error by the Player cannot be reversed once a game round has commenced.
• Ki8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• Live casino game rules are governed by the rules implemented by the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live, SA Gaming, and others). Ki8888 publishes these rules on the relevant game pages.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game outcome displayed on the Player's device and the outcome recorded on ki8888's servers, the server record shall be authoritative.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ki8888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one Account per person, household, or shared device or IP address.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, RNG patterns, or game mechanics through automated tools, bots, scripts, or external software.
• Coordinating gameplay with other Players to generate guaranteed profits or exploit promotional terms (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting abuse").
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using ki8888 for money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Engaging in any form of collusion in poker, card games, or any other competitive game format available on ki8888.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter with ki8888 support. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action to recover funds.
• Accessing ki8888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without disclosure, including the use of VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ki8888 staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Ki8888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Player community. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. Ki8888 recognises that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and the Company has implemented tools and procedures to support Players in managing their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ki8888 Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further real-money wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic notifications displaying net session balance changes at intervals of their choice.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Account Closure: Any Player wishing to close their Account may do so at any time by contacting ki8888 support. Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ki8888 Platform, including but not limited to the ki8888 name, logo, brand assets, website design, software, databases, game content, marketing materials, and proprietary game titles (including Midas Fortune and Fortune Dragon), are owned by or licensed to ki8888 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of ki8888.
• Third-party game content on ki8888 is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is governed by those providers' licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ki8888's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Ki8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or loss of data arising from use of the Platform.
• Ki8888 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical failures beyond ki8888's reasonable control.
• Ki8888 is not responsible for losses resulting from the Player's own error, including but not limited to bets placed incorrectly, failure to read applicable game rules, or disclosure of account credentials to third parties.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit ki8888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Ki8888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• The Player has failed to satisfy eligibility requirements, including minimum age requirements under Section 2.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Ki8888 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player's Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has issued an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute against ki8888.
• A competent regulatory or legal authority has directed ki8888 to suspend or close the Account.
• The Player has requested Account closure or permanent self-exclusion.

Where an Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, ki8888 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and any Real Money Balance where that balance is reasonably suspected to be derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity. Legitimate Real Money Balance not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Ki8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice where practicable. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by applicable regulation) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not accept any amendment, they may close their Account at any time in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available at ki8888.vip/terms-conditions, with the effective date clearly displayed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Player's use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are residents of the Philippines agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to resolve disputes informally by contacting ki8888 customer support. Ki8888 commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through ki8888's internal process, Players operating under PAGCOR's regulatory framework may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.
